Shipping & Delivery

The Turkish version below is the legally binding text. The English version is provided for convenience.

Orders are delivered across Türkiye by Aras Kargo.

Dispatch

Orders placed on weekdays before 14:00 ship the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 on weekdays, at weekends or on public holidays ship on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery time after dispatch depends on your region and the carrier's workload. In every case your order is delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days. If we cannot deliver within this period we will let you know, and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee is added to your order total and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, your tracking number is sent to you by email.

Damaged delivery

If the outer package looks damaged on delivery, please ask the courier to record it. If you received a damaged or incomplete item, email contact@u1coffee.com with photos as soon as possible; we will replace it free of charge or refund it.

Türkçe — Kargo ve Teslimat

Siparişleriniz Aras Kargo ile Türkiye genelinde adresinize teslim edilir.

Kargoya verilme süresi

Hafta içi saat 14:00'e kadar verilen siparişler aynı gün kargoya verilir. Hafta içi 14:00'ten sonra, hafta sonu ve resmî tatillerde verilen siparişler takip eden ilk iş günü kargoya verilir.

Teslimat süresi

Kargoya verildikten sonraki teslimat süresi, teslimat adresinin bulunduğu bölgeye ve kargo firmasının iş yoğunluğuna göre değişir. Her durumda siparişiniz, yasal azami süre olan 30 gün içinde teslim edilir. Bu süre içinde teslim edemeyeceğimiz bir durum oluşursa sizi bilgilendirir; dilerseniz siparişinizi iptal ederek ödemenizi iade ederiz.

Kargo ücreti

Kargo ücreti siparişin toplam tutarına eklenir ve ödeme adımında, ödeme yapmadan önce açıkça gösterilir.

Kargo takibi

Siparişiniz kargoya verildiğinde kargo takip numaranız e-posta ile tarafınıza iletilir.

Hasarlı teslimat

Paketi teslim alırken dış ambalajda hasar görürseniz kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturmanızı rica ederiz. Hasarlı ya da eksik ürün teslim aldıysanız ilk fırsatta contact@u1coffee.com adresine fotoğraflarla birlikte bildirin; ürünü ücretsiz olarak yenisiyle değiştirir ya da bedelini iade ederiz.
